Like that, could this been seen as a phased thing throughout the wider city, that more and more redundant spaces are bought back into use as buildings or public realm? That this idea of a connected molecular structure doesnt have to be confined to the city centre, could end with a . . what if? . . on the final slide showing if this was applied to the wider context

I agree that this would be really strong if it connected to the wider context. If we could do it as a flash animation (or other) then it would be even better.
